Overall the fitness center and pool are pretty good...although you do have to pay for the use of them. Maintence is slow and usually cobbled when they finish. The apartment building is poorly constructed and little or no insulation in the walls. The furnaces and air conditioners have no filters and my seemed to be plugged. In the winter I had to hang blankets on the wall to try to insulate my bedroom. I once placed 3 eggs on the kitchen counter to made a cake, as I turned to return the egg carton to the refridge all three rolled onto the floor. The counters and floor are very unlevel...seriously!!! A week before Christmas the window was knocked out of sons car to steal a cheap stereo and empty ipod case. People liked to discharge the fire extinguishers in the laundry and occasionally people would hold up the residence at gunpoint for there laundry change...I think you get the picture. If you like hot in the summer...cold in the winter...pelletized glass inside your car at Christmas...and to be relieved of all that heavy wash change...This is your kind if place. Enjoy...btw my lease is up in Aug so you better hurry my place is becoming available.
