Please Dont pick Centerville Park Aparments as your apartments, this place sucks, they make you pay for water bill and The parking lots are not safe there is lot of Vandalism and lot of policer officers continuosuly visit this apartment site. This place sucks.
The common Halways stink, There is Mold and Espistese growing, Seriously there is Espistese watch out for your health, this place will give you cancer.
Apartments dont have dishwashers, atleast some dont, they expects way to much money, I work EPA, CIty Environment Enginnering Office, My Office will be soon Auditing this place, If we find things in the common halway, you can bet that the owners are going to get fined.
