This is a nice area. Amazing school district. I have been here for nine years and plan on staying. Love the floor plan, a great value per sq. ft. Friendly neighbors, most of the children play really well together. (There seems to always be someone difficult regardless of where you live, right'* :) The manager Karen is very friendly & professional, and "on it" with maintenance issues. *I was very surprised to read one of the reviews, serious sour notes there. I would highly recommend Deer Run at Beckett to your family and friends.
