Whoooowwwweeee..Jesus help them they need prayer..Where should I began'... This is a deteriorating and disgraceful neighborhood. The number one issue would have to be the kids. They are an issue because their parents are! I have never in my thirty three years seen such monkey behavior. It should just be called Chimp Eden. These children have simply not been raised or trained properly. That is the bottom line. They are rude, disrespectful, ignorant, hateful and wild. They have the most stupid mentalities. They think that it is cool to fight and start problems. The young girls act like whores. They dress like whores. The very young boys are just unruly. They have no regard for your property. The older boys are rude, disrespectful with a fool's mentality. At anytime you will catch them sitting on cable boxes and smoking. Cursing loudly and walking and playing ball in the MIDDLE of the street. How FOOLISH' They will not move for you when you are trying to pass through either. The teenage girls are just plain stupid. Ignorant may be a better word because ignorance means not knowing better and once I got a load of their mothers.......I had to consider the source. Some of these mothers are just idiots. You will catch them in the middle of the streets fighting with each other accompanied by their daughters. These parents neglect these children and they don't care where they are or what they are doing. When you have to knock on their doors or have the police knock on their doors for something their unruly child did, they are in complete denial. I feel sorrow for the future of these children if these parents don't get a grip. They are probably out partying or on drugs. It is a sad situation here. They are not setting an example for their children. Karen acts as if she is afraid of these people. She needs to start cleaning house! The same kids/teens are repetitively starting fights and other problems and they are still permitted to stay in the community. The police should start fining or citing the parents every time they come out for the same people!!!! I am planning on moving out of here as quickly as possible. The complex has turned hood and gutter because Karen is allowing these types of people to become renters here. A lot of these are private owned and they are accepting Section 8. Section 8 is referenced as the "Wrecking Crew." I am starting to see why. The unruly kids are the main factor in the destruction of this neighborhood. If you ask me, it is an easy fix. PUT THEIR FAMILIES OUT! POLICE OFFICERS.....START CITING THESE SORRY PARENTS! Hit them in their pockets a few times and they will start being accountable for their children's whereabouts!

I Agree she is one hundred percent right 05 percent of the white children have moved out because of all the bullying and fighting
