Bad Pipes Cause Damage to Apts. - No Reimbursement

Neighbor says items in her apartment were ruined because of a broken pipe. She could not use her kitchen sink for a number of days. Overflow from the apartment above her came into her apartment. It took days for maintenance to get it fixed after making a hole in the wall to get to the pipe. She was displaced for several days without compensation from The Landings. She has asked for reimbursement of damaged items and inconvenience of displacement (as of the 5th of April) but as of today (April 13th) has not gotten a reply from the office at the Landings.
