The Landings at Beckett Ridge

It was pretty good

My wife and I lived at the Landings for about two years. When we moved in, the office staff was excellent and we had no problems. They even gave me a VIP discount for being a school teacher which was a big plus. The cost of the apartment was a bit high, but it was nice and had a fireplace. Unfortunately, the office staff turn-over was quite great and I never had the same feeling toward the new staff as I did the old staff. They weren't nearly as helpful as the previous people and it wasn't nearly as communal.
When we moved out, the Landings charged us an exorbitant rate for carpet damage that should have been covered in the pet deposit and we were overall unsatisfied with our move-out.
Overall, it was a good place to be a couple years ago, but it definitely lost its luster. You can find a better, cheaper apartment in the Cincinnati area, but if you want West Chester, it's a good place to be.
