Nice pool and play ground for everyone to use. Parents - Don't keep your kids locked up in the apartment all day, take them out to play.
Nice tall ceilings - 9".
Heating and cooling system works well, as do the oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator.
If you feed the wildlife they will be friends for you entire stay.
Lake-side life is nice. The aeration fountains are a nice touch. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

The review by 1mlookin4peace is absolutely correct about the noise at the Landings at Beckett Ridge. As a former (thankfully!) tenant at that apartment complex, I can vouch for the reliability of this review.
Purchase some ear plugs until you can get out of that place - that's what I did. And oh, if you discover that a sex offender lives at The Landings at Beckett Ridge, don't go public with it because then Hills Management will refuse to renew your lease (thereby giving them the right to kick you out with 30-days notice for no reason), threaten to sue you and threaten to sue the news station and reporter who had the courage to run the story anyway.
p.s.: the response from writer describing The Landings at Beckett Ridge as Awesome is likely one of the Landings' employees who also lives in the complex!

I happen to live on a first floor myself and have experienced no noise issues. It seems that you may just be a light sleeper. The Landings is a great place to live and is very quiet. You obviously haven't experienced apartment living too many other places because this place is Awesome!!!!

My experience is similar to the reviewer. I am at this faculty for temp corporate housing. The staff at the Landings is generally rude and unresponsive. They may be polished with the sales approach to get leases but the follow through is poor. My unit has broken stair treads, a drafty front door, malfunctioning thermostat. All are outstanding maintenance items that have received a cursory once over but have not been repaired have had no follow up.
