The office personnel were unprofessional, poorly managed and understaffed. The office was constantly closed during office hours and when I was able to find someone, phone calls or maintenance staff were frequently distracting them causing me to wait even longer. The grounds are kept very nice and the apartment was fairly clean when I moved in. However, there were stains on the carpet and water stains on the ceiling. I thoroughly cleaned the apartment before I left including having the carpet cleaned, however they kept all my deposit without any reason why. I repeatedly called the apartment complex regarding my deposit and never received a return phone call.

Where were you living??? Obviously you were not at The Landings. The staff there is helpful and personable. In my 2 year stay I never had a problem reaching anyone ever! I find your story very hard to believe!

My experience is similar to the reviewer. I am at this faculty for temp corporate housing. The staff at the Landings is generally rude and unresponsive. They may be polished with the sales approach to get leases but the follow through is poor. My unit has broken stair treads, a drafty front door, malfunctioning thermostat. All are outstanding maintenance items that have received a cursory once over but have not been repaired have had no follow up.
