Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
1. The construction quality is horrible. Window frames can easily broken, Sliding door lock never functioned, water pipe borken, etc...
2. Poor insulation: your energy bill can reach $200 in winter even you away for vacation about half month.
3. you can easily be disturbed by your neighbor's household noise.
4. The property management will try hard to deduct your deposit once you moved out. They will try every opportunity to bill you!
5. Two car garage can barely park two cars and the drive way is too close to the neighbor.
6. you can see dog waste in your yard.
7. The maintainence people are very polite.
