OK overall, a bit expensive and snobby office staff are only problems

The landscaping is nice. Outdoor areas are kept up with. When the major windstorm hit, all the shingles from the roof flew off. They had a whole crew out fixing it the very next day.
We live in a two bedroom apartment and there are no real complaints about the apartment except the usual apartment issues, lower quality fixtures, carpet, etc. Also the air filter slot on the furnace is blocked by plumbing so there is no air filter or possibility of getting one.
The other tenants have been very nice and quiet. The office staff have never been outright rude, but they need a little work on their personal skills. They just seem to have an arrogance about them at all times.
We moved here from out of state and needed to make a quick decision. I think we pay about $100-150 more than most two bedrooms in the immediate area. If we move, it will only be to save some money each month.
