We moved in about 3 years ago and really liked the property and the price. But it seems that the longer we have lived there the more we hate the property manager, the maintainence staff and our townhome. They complain about every little thing you do while you live there like keeping trash out on the back patio in a sealed trash can and our kids drawing with sidewalk chalk on our own patio. The place is old and rundown you don't pay very much in rent which makes it nice but the place is a real dump.

Rules are meant to be followed. Leaving trash outside attracts pests, especially since the property is bordered by 2 beautiful private wooded ravines. The staff is trying to keep the place nice for ALL people. Thats why the rules are enforced!

Blendon Square has THE MOST BEAUTIFUL swimming pool of any community I have ever lived in. They also do a great job of making the neighborhood appealing by using $1000's of dollars worth of flower displays each year. I for one appreciate the fact that management enforces the "No Trash" policy. It keeps the property cleaner and free of pests! I'd tell them to keep up the good work!

Tell yourself to keep up the good work, Purple, we know you work for Blendon. How rediculous. My husband and I were seriously considering renting from you, but its just too weird and dishonest that your staff finds it necessary to pretend to be renters in order to defend your poor management. Why don't you have any real renters that have had a positive experience? I'm so glad I found this website, you should be ashamed.

I rent from these guys at another of their properties. Rest assured they are as dishonest in real life as they are on the internet. Get everything in writing from these weasels. And, yes, they are way way over the top on their "rules". It is 100% about getting people to sign on the dotted line with these guys. Once you do so they couldn't care less about you as a resident.
