This apartment complex is very poorly run. The parking was terrible, the would tow my visitor's cars when they were in the visitors parking lot. The maintance is slow to respond. The propery manager told me I needed a doctors note if I wanted my air conditioning fixed right away. Otherwise I would have to wait a week because, there were many people in front of me. The pool was very poorly kept to top things off. I would not recommend this apartment complex to any one.

Blendon Square has two "courtesy" staffs that inspect the parking lots throughout the day. This ensures that parking is convenient for all residents. If someone is in violation of parking policy, they receive a warning on their car. If they violate policy again, or multiple times as the case may be, their car is towed. They are always given opprotunities to correct the situation. They just have to take the initiative to do so! Concerning the A/C, all requests are completed in the order they were received. It is not fair to to give anyone top priority unless there is a medical or other order to do so! The maintenance staff strives to complete all workorders within 24-48 hrs. and follow-up phone calls are also made on every workorder to ensure resident satisfaction! Blendon Square goes over and above when it comes to service!

I am a current resident at Blendon Square. I have never had an issue with the maintenance staff. They always respond promptly and they always do a GREAT job. There are just some people that you can NEVER make happy. I would certainly reccomend Blendon Square to ANYONE!

I agree. If you're going to be dishonest on an internet post, I'm sure renting from you would be terrible.

I rent from these guys at another of their properties. Rest assured they are as dishonest in real life as they are on the internet. Get everything in writing from these weasels.
