Do not move here unless you have at least 3 LOUD and obnoxious children. Kids are constantly running through the parking lot and screaming, I have had several instances where kids actually opened the gate and came into my back patio. It's impossible to sleep with the windows open because all you hear is screaming and traffic/construction from 161. The parking is nice except when I want company they have to park on a whole street over in visitor. The apartments may seem safe because they come equipped with a cheap alarm system that doesn't work and goes off ramdomly. I have never heard of an aparment being as creaky as Blendon Square. No matter where you step it creaks and believe me it is not quiet, I can hear the neighbors going up the stairs. The only one good thing I have to say about this place is the maintenance...we have had one major appliance problem and they came within the next couple hours with a brand new one.

i agree and just to add to this- I just got a letter in my mailbox stating that a bunch of kids from the development lit off fireworks in the woods behind Blendon Square requiring the fire dept. to be called...WHERE ARE THEIR PARENTS???

I agree also! The kids are awful. I can't believe all the disgusting things that come out of their mouth's when they are just little. I'd like to know where their parent's are also. I don't know how many memos we received saying that no child is to be unsupervised under the age of 14. That really works! They need to get off their lazy butts and watch their kids!!!
