moved here not long ago, u pay a little more for rent but the water bill is included in the price. u only pay a 19 dollar water bill and its in your rent . other places i lived in i paid water seperate like 40 or 50 dollars a month. manager was great she told us that we could pick from a couple of places that were ready to move in and that location is just as important as the inside to some people. man, that u dont here everyday and i liked choosing a location and seeing inside the home we picked. i liked seeing what i was going to get for my money before i signed the lease. i like the finished basement too. so far so good living in a great neighborhood my wife likes it too but she likes things like the grounds and the patio she can use in the summer.
