Good place if you're desperate

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I lived there for 18 months. I rented a washing machine and dryer that broke constantly. I rented a dishwasher that broke constantly. They charged me for trash I left on the back patio for a few hours. The neighborhood kids stole my netflix DVDs from my mailbox and the management refused to go to locked mailboxes. The neighborhood kids run in the parking lot and are loud and obnoxious. The pool is too small for 220 townhomes.
The lead manager guy, Mike is a douche and the maintenance staff are OK- but they did turn me in for having a cat and came into my house without permission.
