Management is very unprofessional and rude, there is no limit to the amount of time spent trying to get even the simplest of problems fixed. Pay especially close attention to the units shape before you move in - many hidden issues that reflect very poor maintenance for many years. If you think you will be able to appeal the the common sense of someone at the main office they are equally rude and disinterested. After you do complain you should also expect to be treated even worse.
