New managment company is awful!

The townhouses are a bit old, and it shows in the appliances and fixtures, but the area is nice and covienent to most of Columbus.
The real problem is that is was purchased by an out of state company about two years ago. Since then things have gone way down hill. The maintenance staff is non-existant. I have a list of 20 things I have been trying to get fixed, some for two years, and they are apparently not interested in fixing them. Complaining to the head office just makes things worse. I am moving out, to a nice and cheaper place, and not a moment too soon!
