Loud neighbor aside...this place was a dump and I refuse to live and raise my children in a hot, smelly, squeaky, run down, falling apart place that has an office staff that refuses to address my issues. I can deal with load stereos and TVs...I can?t deal with living in the slums. By the way Bass Boy, chill out & don?t get so defensive.
