Steve,
I have to give you points for coming on here and defending your community. The problem is the facts are true. The community is great on the exterior, but the interior does lack quality. I'm not here to put down the community but to defend others that are telling the truth. I even have a letter from Fairway Lakes apologizing for the excessive repairs that were needed on our apartment (and still were not corrected). I've also complained several times to your staff. Either the resident manager was too busy to talk to me, or the problem didn't exist.
It's safe to say that even though you came on here and posted your 2 cents, you didn't even have the guts to give your company all 5's. Is 4 the best you could do'
