I am writing this about my current residence, because recently I had to use this sight to find reviews on places located in the city I am moving to in three weeks. I think these reviews can be very helpful when selecting your new home.

This community has been one of my favorite places to live, if not THE favorite. I regret that I have to move in three weeks, because I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The staff here have always made me feel welcome from the very beginning. They are very courteous and polite and seem genuinely interested in their tenants. They have always responded immediately to my service requests and always seem to want to bend over backwards to do things right the first time. If by chance something was overlooked they immediately rectified the situation.

The community and surroundings are beautiful. It is very quiet here and located in a residential neighborhood. The apartments have wonderful views of landscaped lawns, flowers and the golf course. The walls are very sound...I never hear my neighbors talking, the tv, or any music. Occasionally I hear the floor creak softly, but that is to be expected when you live on the first floor.

I have been very pleased with my apartment. They replaced the carpet for me right before I moved in... not at my request, but because they wanted the place to look fresh and new on my move-in day. I didn't even notice anything wrong with the carpet when I was looking at the place! The kitchen had recently been remodeled with new counter tops, so everything was gleaming on my move in day. So I just wanted to say thank you to Fairway Lakes for making my stay here a very nice experience.
