I like living at Fairway Lakes. It is a relatively nice community situated in a very nice area. My wife and I feel safe living here. The parking is very spacious, at least in our section of the apartments. The exterior is in overall good condition. The inside is all right. As others have stated, the cabinets are cheap, but other than that, inside isn't bad. Bottom line, if you are use to a high standard of living, this could feel a little 'ghetto.' For a young couple like my wife and I, it seems to be a nice place. Only issue we have is that the walls are a little thin and noise is an issue. But all of our neighbors try and be quiet, so it's not a big deal.
