I moved to Little Turtle in 04 from a different complex in Columbus. The location isn't the best because of the road construction off of 161, and parking can be scarce, but nowhere can be perfect. I've had the typical minor problems when I moved in, but the maintenance crew fixed everything in less than 48 hrs.
My job relocated me in 07 to a different state, and let me just say that I really miss Fairway Lakes! The staff worked with me when I moved and they made the move go a lot smoother for me.
So yes, as soon as the road construction is complete, I would recommend Fairway Lakes at Little Turtle.
