I have lived here for three years. The new managment company that took over is horriable. You have no Grace Period when turning in your rent. Not to mention we have things that are needing some attention in the apartment, and even after we have called they still have not come to look at what needs to be done to fix the issues. You would think water damage and cracked walls would be on top of the list of priorities. Also, some of the other residents that live here will be up till 6:00 partying and carrying on during the WEEK DAYS. And there there is the trash guys, at 6:30 on Mondays and Fridays come to dump the dumpsters.

Yeah I was probaly one of them. We partied from 11:00 am till noon the next day. Hell of a time, but I think it was on the weekend.
