Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I will admit our stay has not been perfect, but it's only due to some little ones that run around in the apartment above us. Other than that we really like it here. We are actually writing this to thank the office staff for being so on top of our complaint, and to thank Kristen for returning our calls even though she was probably afraid too because we were a bit upset. Even after the dilemma we will still stay here!
