Apartment Community Seems to be Losing Class

I've been a resident at Fairway Lakes for several years and I among other tennants that have lived there for a while notice how drastically the level of class in administration had dropped.
The sign out front that's been changed is not classy or looks very well within this type of community. The offices and rugs within the offices aren't as tidy and neither are the grounds. We've taken on a new company for water and sewage and we are being charged outrageously for water and sewage and we are being charged for common electric outside of rent. We might as well purchase a home!
