I have lived here for three years, with the old management company and the new management company. The new management company is great, they are attentive and understanding to my needs, I have yet to have a problem with them. I can not say the same for the old management company. The area is great, it is secluded and in a great school district. The prices you pay are very reasonable to other complexes in the same school district. The inside offers great square footage, there is plenty of room for my family and I to spread out, and not be on top of one another. The pool is a nice addition, and helps to alleviate the summer heat at no charge. There is also a workout facility, and will soon be stocked with all new equipment. The grounds are kept neat and clean, and I have a peaceful view to look at out of my windows. The maintenance department acts in a very timely manner for any repairs that might be done. I will never move to another apartment, the next place I move to will be a house.
