Unless you're moving from a van down by the river, don't live here, you will hate it! The staff is totally unprofessional and honesty is not a strong point. They talk about residents to other residents. They are, however, very good at lip service. Especially when you go to check out the place. Another reviewer used the term "Smoke and Mirrors" and that is exactly what it is! It is NOT a family community as they claim. Infact, you can't even take the kids to the pool on the weekends with all the alcohol and profanity. But really, it's so dirty that you don't even want your kids in that pool. If you like living around and walking by an over abundance of dog poop, then it could be the place for you. I love dogs. Have 2 myself, but I ALWAYS clean up after them....it goes with the responsiblity.
We had direct contact with the corporate office of The Connor Group as well. We've never seen a company more inflexible to make it's customers happy. Check out the BBB where they have an unsatisfactory rating. We are happy to be gone from that hell hole but only wished we would've known about this site before we ever lived there. There are areas I would give zero stars but that's not allowed.

I completely agree and this is honest, yes they talk about their residents, they told me personal stories about my now neighbour , the previous person who lived in my apartment who by the way still lives in the same complex only in a one bedroom, told me about two ladies who are now divorced. it's realy sad that they talk about their tenants.
