I decided to write a review because of all the negativity I have seen so far. I moved here about 2 months ago and everything seems to be ok. Even tho this is my first apartment, I can't complain. There are a few things I wish could be better, but management has helped in every way. Parking is adequate for me, but that is only because I usually have multiple friends over all the time. Maintenance seemed to be lacking when I moved in only because I moved in right after one of their men quit. Now that they have more help, it is much better. You will always have the lingering dog poop lying around, but most people are very good about cleaning up around me. My neighbors are very friendly and everyone seems to look out for one another. In any case, the place looks great, the pool is wonderful, it's super quiet, and it's a great price... at least for me.
