I've live here for ONE month and have had the worst experience. I live on the 2nd floor and the tenants below us have waken us up numerous times at 2am, 4am and even partied til 7am. I have asked management to do something about the noise and nothing has been done. I have resorted to the police but no luck either. I understand it is an apt. complex and you will have noise issues...but seriously...extremely loud music waking you up on a TUESDAY night is not making me a satisfied customer. I paid $800/month to get off of campus..and it's worse here. PLEASE re-think your decision for your own sake....

Sounds to me like this person is a very unhappy person. Don't take it out on the apartment complex.

I agree.
The property has gone down. The office staff ,look and act like they are on vacation.Fairway lakes is Payton Place.
