I have lived hear for 4 years, and this place used to be great! It was quiet, clean, and very nice! Ever since the Connor Group bought it, this place has continued on a downward spiral. The office staff is so unprofessional, disorganized, and, basically rude! Maintenance always takes atleast a week to show, regardless of the problem. I had to beg them to come when I had a pipe burst/flood in my unit. 90% of residents have dogs, and barely anyone picks up after them. The office feels this is 'unenforceable' unless you TAKE A PICTURE OF THEM IN ACTION!!! Hey--not my job to enforce the rules around here! Teenagers run the place at all hours of day and night. Beer is openly drank by on-duty staff and residents at the pool at any given time of day. Actually, the pool feels like Spring Break, and if you're not comfortable with that, deal with it! If you make a complaint about a neighbor, they will tell the person that you did it! Way to start major fights, staff! You have to race your neighbors home to get to park near your unit. Wall are so thin, I can literally hear my neighbors sneeze! The ponds are chemical filled, and before that, they would become so disgusting, that I took pictures and reported them to the EPA last summer. My rent has gone up $50 each time I have renewed a lease, which is done in a very high-pressure, "sign NOW or your rent will go up WAYYY more!" kind of manner, as they confront you in your own home 4 months before your lease expires. Landscaping used to be beautiful, but now the grass is barely mowed, there is no mulching or raking of leaves, groundskeepers blow leaves and debris all over the cars in the parking lot. Once you give your 60 DAY notice to leave, the staff makes your life a living hell!!
In general, please heed my advice and stay away if you want to leave with any part of your sanity!!
