I don't know where to start. Trash everywhere, beer bottles, diapers, etc. Horrible management, they don't care about you after you move in and when you have a problem it can take weeks or they just forget. But if you leave your trash container out it only takes 1 day to get a $25 fine notice on your garage door. Between the Train, parties, car break-ins, poor management, this is the worst place I have ever lived. Save yourself some headaches and find a better place to live.

Well, I lived here more than 3 years didn't face any major problems. Management was responsive to any maintenance complaints. I agree some OSU kids some times switch on their 2000W music system to full throttle, but then if politely told they too were reallizing their mistakes and reducing the volumes. One issue I would say as major is 'Not returning deposits'. I don't think Triangle mgmt return any one's deposit back even if you return the apt in mint condition. They some how find a reason not to return the deposit. Almost all my friends and known neighbours never recd a penny back. That's very bad, other wise its a safe and decent community.

This person is being WAY too kind. This place is noisy, dirty, management is AWFUL, very unresponsive, and you can BET you are not getting your deposit back. The tenants might listen if you ask them to be quiet, but if you ask management, forget it!

I totally agree with you, this is most horrible place to live and I will never deal with Triangle Real Estate or Ardent again!
