I've lived at Fieldstone for over 2 years and while there have been instances of trash and management has been bad about snow removal, I've always had a positive experience with on-site management trying to resolve (noise) issues. And maintenance has usually come within 2 days to fix any problems. Unfortunately, you can't control who your neighbors are, but you can hold the management to its non-disturbance policy. I can say that their "rent specials" for those who continue to renew their leases is a joke, but I suspect all management companies are out to make as much money as they can.
