Triangle (or how they have changed their name to ARDENT MANAGEMENT) is a horrible place to live.
Let me first start by saying that we were promised things that were NEVER going to happen.We were told that our particular apartment was in a quite area of the complex... HA VERY FUNNY... even though we were on the other side of the complex we still heard the train that went by a few times a day. Our neighbors were loud and very rude. We reported the noise to the complex manager..but they never did anything (but no big surprise there). We had numerous calls placed to maintence but they would not fix anything. I ended up fixing the 3 kitchen drawers that fell apart as well as having someone else come in to look at the furnance. (they have yet to reimburse me)
They do not care about the satisfaction of their residence, and that is not good by any means. When we moved out.. they were rude and unprofessional. We asked them to do a walk through with us when we were leaving..and they said NO. It is our responsibility to leave the apartment in the same form that we were given... what kind of response is that '''
Now the fun part... when we moved out... it took them 6 months to get notice to us that we owed them almost $2000....... really... did we take down a wall or something ''' Not only are they "claiming" that we had this much in damages, but they will not provide us with proof of damages. We know our rental rights..they can not charge us for carpet replacing, nor can they charge us for repainting the walls. They have also tried to charge us for changing the furnace filter (they cant charg for that either)
We have gotten a lawyer and will proceed from there.
Do NOT rent here. The management sucks. they are unprofessional and have no respect for their tenants..Manintence..is horrible.
RUN AWAY... RUN FAR FAR AWAY... or trus us... you will be sorry.

The same thing is happening to me and my husband. We just want a bill showing not only what our deposit was used for, but also what damages require these extra charges ($377).......I know that we legally have a right to this bill, but now we are also being harassed and threatened, and we haven't been the only ones this has happened to!
I am seriously thinking we could band together for a class action suit!
