This place is the worst ever. We have been trying to get our living room windows fixed for 2 years. In the winter we have frost on the INSIDE and have to hang blankets over to watch TV! All they do is caulk or say parts on order and never return. They fined us for not have a grill cover which was laying next to it waiting for the grill to cool down. They wouldn't except our rent checks one day because they were 12 hours late..it was a Sunday there were a ton of other checks on the desk..but NO we had to use a credit card. The people in the office are rude and not very knowledgible. The hot tub at the pool has only worked for a 1/4 of one summer in the 3 years I've lived here. The train is very frequent and annoying and honks because of the intersection no matter what time of night. The walls are thin I swear you can hear your neighbor fart. Oh and they changed our electric company for no reason. When we asked if was for a cheaper rate they had no idea..turns out it's quite a bit more! And talk about crime..the cops are always here. Gun shootings, a car drove through the entire place hitting all the cars, my roommate has had his car broken into twice..you name it.

After reading these reviews I am really worried when I move out in 6 weeks what type of crap they are going to try to pull on me. I keep my place very clean so if they try to charge me for the carpet being worn or something I am going to not be happy.
