You are loosing all your good tenants!!!!!I have never met anyone as unpleasant as Fieldstones' apartment manager and assistant! The staff in that office should be FIRED. We have lived in the apartment complex one year. Our lease is coming up for re-newal and there is NO WAY we would even think about staying here. We have been good tenants, paid our rent on time every month, kept the apartment ,inside as well as out, clean and appealling. We have been quiet and friendly neighbors. We do not have boose and drug parties , nor race our cars and motorcycles up and down the complex streets. We dont let our dogs poop in other peoples spaces(or let them run loose) and we clean up after our dogs everyday.
And yet, when it comes to dealing with the witches in the office, ONE in particular,we get a smart ass attitude from them. To anyone who is thinking of renting from Fieldstone Trace...please dont!! There IS better out there!! Keep looking. Dont let that smiling face in the office fool you. Beware, be very aware!!!! Oh yes, one more thing. The trains!!! What is up with all that horn blowing day and night, every 20 minutes or so!!! TRY watching tv or TRY having a phone conversation or TRY to talk to someone outside your apartment when the train is coming through!!

I've lived here for several years and have not one bad thing to say about Fieldstone Trace OR their management. As long as you follow the rules, then you're not going to have any problems. And I'm sorry, do you live in a land where trains don't make noise? I'm sure you would've seen the tracks before you moved here.

Trains are everywhere.Even in the state I come from. The difference is people from my state pay attention to the flashing red lights and the dropping of the gates. We don't try to race over the tracks to beat the train. Perhaps, if people did the same thing here, the conductors would not have to LAY on their horns as they approach every crossing. But yes, the trains have a negative effect on the community. Most tenants here DO follow the RULES and REGULATIONS, this does not mean that the office treats them all as equals. Why is that I wonder??? Playing favorites maybe?? Buy the way, about the rules and regulations comment, it seems to me that it all depends on who you talk too in the office as to what is allowed and what is not.
