First of all and unfortunately, I am so glad to say that I did not end up leasing a townhome at this property. After reading the other reviews about Fieldstone Trace, it has confirmed my belief about the unprofessionalism that has taken place there.

Although the property manager was a *itch, another leasing agent that was helping me was trying to work with me and my boyfriend, and she was very nice in the process. The leasing manager tried everything in her power to get us to turn away from renting at Fieldstone Trace just because my boyfriend is on temporary disability from a motorcycle accident. I make enough money and above average credit on my own to afford the rent and more, but I guess she had it in her mind that we weren't what she was looking for:(

Because we loved the model and the property site of the townhomes, my boyfriend re-visited the property on another day to meet with and discuss things over with the property manager, but she told the leasing agent to "get rid" of my boyfriend and tell him that she was "busy" while she was looking at magazines on her desk! Little did the property manager know that my boyfriend overheard everything she said while he stood out in the lobby waiting to speak directly to her. It was just a slap in the face to the both of us. It is not like we are on welfare and using the system or something. I work for a police department while being a full-time student, and my boyfriend worked 2 jobs before he was injured in his accident and is also a student. She treated us like pure trash.

Just because of our horrible treatment during our apartment shopping, we have decided to move on and we have found the same exact model at another property with even better amenities and a PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY management staff. If Ardent Property Management is wise, they would get rid of this property manager that all of the raters on this site have complained about. Mater of fact, I think I will be making a formal complaint with the company myself!

We tried to complain to the company and they dont return phone calls. Atleast they didnt for us! Sorry you had a horrible experience. I hated Fieldstone.

I worked in the apartment industry for over 6 years. You may file a complaint with the grounds of fair housing. They violated the fact that your boyfriend is disabled.
