When we moved in early this year, our neighbors at the time were great. They had three boys, the youngest was close to my childrens' ages(2 and under 1). We got along well with them. Then they moved out, and our new neighbors brought the short north hood with them. They play loud rap music everyday for several hours at a time. They have been here about two months. I called management about a month ago, and was told to come in and write a formal complaint. My wonderful husband knows the neighbor on the other side of the disturbance. He was told that they had written up two notices and management told them to call the police. Management told me it's good to have a written complaint, but that they can't do anything about it just ask them to turn it down, but no further action. I learned that I am not the only person who has either reported them or called the police on them. The walls are paper thin and management doesn't seem to care just as long as you pay your rent on time. If you enjoy hearing your neighbors use the bathroom or listening to nightclub music all day and night, then Fieldstone Trace is the place to be.
