Positives: friendly staff, right on the river, close to Easton, rather inexpensive for what you get, nice location off of 161 and 270, usually pretty quiet, usually feels safe

Negatives: Some rude neighbors (leaving cigarette butts everywhere), maintenance has been wishy-washy, contruction in area, grounds aren't kept as nice as they could be, a lot of geese at times

Overall we've had a decent experience here, but we probably won't be renewing our lease. Nice starter apartments for just moving to Columbus.
