This is probably the worst place I have ever lived. My car has been broken into several times, we continously have problems with our neighbors. Once you have a problem with the office staff you are no longer invited to their property events. They discrimnte to say the least. The situation at hand is uncomfortable. Instead of assisting you in situation they tell you to call the cops or if you ask for you option they tell you, you can pay them more money to move to another location and sign another lease. The condition of the apartments are terrible. Our carpet blinds and paint job was less than metocre to say the least. But they expect you to replace or they will charge you a fee that is 5 times the cost of what it would be to fix it. Now mind you once they don't like you they pick at you I think they do it to make you think that you are crazy or they are trying to push you out. They will tell one person they have to fix something basically because they don't like them but your next door neighbor or the person that lives below could have the same eye sore and they do nothing about it (remember that this was soemthing you brought to their attention orignally) You will be fined if you don't fix your problem within 24 hours even if it was something written out on your own move in check list. Your neighbors can blast their music, fight etc till 11 12 and 1 in the morn but your children are not welcome to play, they should just sit and watch tv. you will be woken up at 2 and 3 in the morning with druken ididots screamimg and singing in the parking lot or car alarms going off. You don't get much sleep. They tell you that it is quiet and you wll not be able to hear your neighbors we can hears ours use the restroom, do their laundry not to mention a normal conversation they are having. I have yet to find any good come of this situation. The office staff does not care, they are disrespectful and down right rude! Oh yes and basically all the other residents we have spoken to seeem to be in the exact same horrific situation as us. Beware read you lease, speak with other residents before moving in.
