I currently live here. Last week I come home from work to find crime tape blocking the entrance with channel 4, 6, & 10 news crews reporting a breaking story. Fifteen people were involved, many stabbed & 3 are in critical condition. The apartment office noted they are not permitted to reveal if these people are being evicted...chances are they will still be living there.
I keep trying to report unsafe conditions as I do not feel safe living here, but I cannot get out of the lease.
Secondly, we had a leaking roof in our master bedroom & it took 2 months for them to fix.
Also, walls are very thin & you can hear your next door neighbors very well. I can hear my neighbor cough, sneeze, blow dry hair, etc..
Monthly rent not bad, but trust me...It is not worth it!!

Get your story straight before writing any BS. Only 2 or 3 people were involed and they didnt even live here they were looking for someone and the person they were looking for didnt even live here! Get the facts before spreding lies about a community that has no issues and that didnt do anything to you personaly!!

STabbings, robberies, crime occur everywhere, everyplace....nobody is safe anywhere....only in fantasy land and Central Ohio isn't it...so, that is not a deal breaker to rent an apartment
