I love it here and so does my kids love it. The office staff is awsome. Everytime I go in they always smile and greet me by my name which most places cant even remember thier own residents name. I have refered 2 people here already and got money off my rent. I would recommened this place to everybody!@

You're crazy if you're satisfied with park club! It's not just how long it takes maintenance it is the work that they DON'T do when they say it is complete. It's rediculous to have a maintenance person come in every day for 3 weeks after you moved in! It should've been done right the first time. They try to save money by cutting corners then just have to re-do it because it looks like CRAP!

Not everyone can afford to buy a house. Park Club blows...end of story. Just because you rent doesn't mean you aren't worthy of good customer service and satisfactory living conditions...snob.

I think you have been on the happy pills too long! I have almost been here a year and can't wait to get out. An example of the wonderful maintenance: our bathtub upstairs was leaking and there was a huge brown spot on the ceiling in the living room. Park Club's fix - paint the brown spot - there was no attempt to find out where the water was coming from. We were told to let them know if we had anymore problems.
