One of the most terrible apartments. Property managament staff is very unfriendly and every single maintenance task seems to be long a lasting task. Maintenance material used is very cheap, and managament has always shown reluctance to get anything done.
The gym built is too smal, you can't have more than 3 people excercise at the same time, I'm not sure if they ever try to use salt to clear the snow. It seems there is no one to questions them once you are stuck in a contract with them. They seem to have a deaf ear for everything.

Management and maintenance is a JOKE! They're all rude and have no idea what the rules are...you have to wait to make an appointment with the property manager...and don't bother calling if it's close to 6-they'll rudely tell you the time and to call back tomorrow and hang up on you! Price is not a factor to me...I'm moving off Cleveland Avenue and have already recieved wonderful assistance and the apartment has less issues. Granted haven't moved in so I have no idea what maintenance is like...I'd rather pay $540 a month to live in someone that's comparable to Park Club without the rediculous rent, crappy management, and maintenance!!!

Are you sure that you guys live at Park Club? I haven't had any of these problems and whenever I call or stop in they are nice, I never got hung up on. And $540.00 for rent sounds like a real nice place to live. NOT!
