Not to bad, the size of the homes are nice, and I did get an updated model. I am very happy with the inside of the home. My maintance issues have been taken care of pretty quickly. The thing I am most displeased about is the landscaping. Grass is always tore up and the grounds guy rides around in his golf cart and rips up the grass when it is muddy. My neighbor just flicks all his cigarette butts all over the front yard. All in all not to bad just wish the grounds could be kept up alittle better. Also lots of people do not clean up after their pet and worst of all the is a couple of dogs that are running loose. Most of the dogs are friendly except for a yellow lab which has growled and has tried to chase.

About that yellow lab --- I complained to management and apparently they told the owner I complained. I then had an open can of beef stew thrown at my door. As I explained to the manager my concern was not so much they were breaking the "rules", but that a child or the dog itself might be injured.

Everybody on here is complaining about the same exact issues I have dealt with as a homeowner. Why would you not call the dog warden if it is an issue of a dangerous animal? As for the person complaining about being up at 8:40 and the office doesn't open until 10:00? In a home subdivision, 8:00 is when all the lawn mowers start..
You all need to get a life! Seriously.
