The management is horrible! The manager of the property ----- was a drunk and was always coming to work drunk, drinking on her lunches even had her boss fly from arizona to write her up for her and her friend ------ -------- (who also worked in the rental office) for riding the golf cart around the property and drinking. Wow! What management! ------ ------- who also worked in the rental office is a RACIST! She hates any people of color, always calling them racial names. One guy came to the rental office because his apartment was leaking water and the deliquent maintenance men didnt fix it and he wanted his personal items replaced due to the damages and ------ said "f*** you" to him and told him to get out. Then got mad at him for wanting the personal items replaced so she called the police on him. ------ -------- always had an opinion about everything and was very rude and ignorant! ----- who was the asst. manager was a ----- period. Peoples air conditioners would go out and you would think that would be emergency maint. right'! Wrong! Not to -----. She made people prove that they had some kind of health condition to get thier air conditioner fixed that same day by making them bring medical papers into the rental office. If you couldnt bring her that proof then your air could take anywhere from 3-10 days for them to get to. ----- would lease apartments out to some people for $600 while lease to others for $870. She played favorites! If she didnt like you and you had to pay rent late you would pay the late fees plus she would tell you that "by law she has to file the eviction" but with others tell them dont worry about the late fees and to pay when they can. This apartment complex is the same as Stratford Chase, Fieldstone Trace, and Polaris Pointe but all are cheaper and with nicer management. The apartment is over priced and not worth all the hassles you will go through to live there. While I worked there there was several car break ins and there was a stabbing and vandalism to peoples cars. I definitley would not recommend this apartment to anyone! DONT RENT THERE!

It sounds to me like someone is upset because they got fired for not doing thier job!!! Get over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
