i've lived hear for years, and besides the horrible parking, mediocre matnience and staff, the poor construction of the actual buildings, the children running wild in the streets just waiting for you to come around a corner a little too quick, resulting in a vehicular manslaughter charge(parents nowhere to be found). The freak who baracaded himself in the topstory of his apartment and started fireing off random shots a few years back, finally resulting in an arrest some 6 hours after it began. the other freak whos apartment was being searched for a drug warrent when the authorities found materials to make pipebombs and the bombsquad was called, a few years back. oh yes and the mexican gunfight last year... all of that aside i woke up thismorning to people yelling in spanish and what sounded like someone bowling on my roof. of course they're redoing the roof, im sorry but the office isnt open till 10 o clock, and i shouldnt be awake until atleast 10 o clock on a saturday morning!

I find it hard to believe if it is all bad that you would continue to live there...hmmmm for years?? I like the idea of them workingon the roof(s)Most of these reviews keep talking about things not getting repaired. None of this makes any sense.

My thoughts exactly. Fieldstone Trace, exact same layout, same reviews..bad management this, poor that..Of course the models isn't the same as your apartment, it's set up as a staging thing like selling a home..it has to look nice...the apartments are old..and who cares about the wood work..I've spent weeks and weeks looking for apartment, and believe me, you WILL NOT find a place with the space for the price...I think it's all attitude...and the opinions all vary, so, personally, I'm going to stop looking at these reviews...

Why are you going to bring up a one bad apple out of a whole bunch of good people! CRAZY people are everywhere and I think that you are one of them. Do EVERYONE a favor and take your UNHAPPY living elsewhere
