This place is horrible. The actual apartment that you lease will look nothing like the model they show you. It will have a ton of problems that take forever to get fixed. The neighbors are loud and there are rude children screaming outside constantly. Look somewhere else this place is not worth it. I can not wait to move.

It is all the same whether in a home or an apartment....the neighbor behind my home...over 300 ft from my family room, I can hear him screaming at his kids in his house at night to go to sleep. Home or apartment, noise ordinances prevail in either, call the police

I don't want to keep the neighbors away. I just wish they were not so rude. They scream at all hours of the day & night. As far as the model goes, I'm not saying that I think everything should be new in my apartment. But, it should at least have been cleaned and working properly. Which was definately not the case with the apartment that they leased me.
