I am sick of looking at an apartment and liking it, then getting on here and reading negative revies...I don't know why I keep doing it. For the size of the apartment, you cannot beat the price....which is why you will find kids and pardon the expression, not so high class residents, but I'm going for it. It cannot be all that bad. It's an apartment. I'm coming from a Pickerington home and believe me, it isn't quiet around here, neighbor kids are everywhere...apartments, homes, etc..my neighbor recently decided to install an electronic bowling alley in his garage...that's nice to hear while sitting in my $300,000 home with about 150 feet between us..not to mention the guy across the street who owns a bar and gets home at 2:00 a.m. every morning on his MOTORCYCLE with his radio up loud enough to hear it over his engine...never mind the neighborhood. My home was broken into in Pickerington, so crime is everywhere....learn to know your neighbors, that's the key. Some of the garages I saw overflowing with trash isn't detering me from moving in...I need the space, and with an end apartment, the noise level will be lower, and as far as being up at 8 a.m. in the morning? Get your lazy --- up...and WHO CARES ABOUT LANDSCAPING? I sure don't....that's why the squirrels are all over the place...but not to worry, my pentagram I put on the door will deter any wannabe troublemakers from bothering me.....and the garage...you can't find a garage included in the rent. I'm making Park Club my home....bad revies or not....I will be calling the Property management company before I sign my lease to address the issues I've seen here, however.....there is always 2 sides to the story...and the apartments aren't exactly new...and old appliances? Please. Don't blame the appliances for your bad cooking skills. My stove is over 20 years old in my $300,000 3250 sq ft house....you people are spoiled....
