Can do better for the price

If you don't mind dogs barking and bedroom privacy or noise, its not too bad.
Cons: Upstairs flooring is wavy and squeaky to the point that even rolling over in bed makes the floor squeak. You can hear neighbors upstairs as if they were in your bedroom. I can hear neighbors snore, talk, etc. (Downstairs is not so bad) There are huge piles of dog poop everywhere, hard to get to the mailbox without stepping in it (lazy tenants). People openly tie their dogs outside their apartments to trees, door handles, etc, and they bark all day/night long. Door handles in the apartment are so old that if you can turn them, they don't turn back, they just stick. The screen patio doors fall off frequently and should have been replaced years ago. Broken tiles in floor, carpet not terminated correctly so it frays, linoleum with tears and pieces missing. Have had a few plumbing issues. Dishwasher is really loud, you need to start it before you leave.
Also, there is a redneck group that races dirtbikes up and down the apartment complex roads. They look like circus clowns or something because they are grown men riding on small dirt bikes. Its very loud. They are friends with the maintenance guy though so nothing will get done about it.
Pros: Decent gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Nice wood burning fireplace. The storage space is not bad. DirecTV options. The size of the apartment is nice. Most of the tenants seem friendly. Attached garage.
