Park Club

I have lived here since October and I actually like it here. I read all of the reviews and I hope none of that bad stuff happens to me. Let's be real though, these are apartments. There are always things that happen, or don't happen, or take their time to happen, that angers people. It's all about your quality and style of living. I am currently a grad student and am employed by the corporate center of a large, national bank. I would say that I am pretty laid back and don't really have any bad opinions. The only two things that I could complain about is the fact that my neighbor likes to parallel park in front of his garage, which makes for a tight fit pulling out of my own garage. Oh, and the fact that he smokes weed in his garage. But really, who cares? Like I said, if you are looking for a quiet area, move towards Main Street. It is so quiet on this side of the complex. The only thing I hear is the traffic and an occasional firetruck or ambulance.

If you look up most apartment complexes on here, there will be bad reviews. I like the one person's perspective. Ask to see an apartment that is about to be rented. Ask a lot of questions. Read your lease. And remember, it is almost impossible to find a "perfect" apartment. If you find one, let me know. Oh, and I don't work for the apartment complex, nor am I a friend of the office employees. Just so you don't call me Johnathon (sp?) or Brandy.
