I hate this place! Lets run it down- When we moved in they had to replace the carpet in the master bedroom because the smell of animal urine was soo strong it made you gag.
- Put in a maintenance request for a dripping faucet.They said I needed to turn the handle harder...Yeah dripping as we speak.
-Parking is worse than the mall on black friday! No joke.
-We have bugs.And I'm not talking ants, more like the ones with a bunch of legs.
-Our first rent statement came, just to have 100's of dollars in charges from before we even moved in.That was a real joy talking with the not so wonderful staff.
-Oh yeah, the staff is terrible.Always making excuses that don't make sense, and then talking to you like you were born yesterday!
There always seems to be another problem here. We don't even like coming home any more.I'm frustrated just writing this,I know as soon as I'm done,I'll close my computer just to see another giant bug running across my floor.I would put in a maintenance request for it, but they would prob give me a list of the probable causes(of course none of them being their fault)..Then they won't come out to do anything until you personaly go in the office just so they can talk down to you and make some MORE EXCUSES.
